One major factor retarding my blogging output and a source of ongoing frustration has been my rather slow and outdated computer. Let's just say that I was wasting too much of my life restarting my computer and watching its endlessly spinning pinwheel.
So, we researched my Apple buying options and waited until summer for the education discount. I upgraded from the MacBook to the MacBook Pro, and as part of the purchase, I received $100 off the laptop, a free wireless printer and $100 Apple gift card.
I am currently still transferring data to my new computer and learning the new features. However, I am happy to report that blogging has already become much faster and easier. Plus, I haven't spotted a single pinwheel to date.
