Salsa Success

I recently fished out a salsa recipe that was given to me over three years ago at my bridal kitchen shower.  I'm extremely pleased that I finally tried it out because the salsa was delicious and a huge hit at our last party.  So, I thought I'd pass it along to you.
 

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
1 can shoe peg white corn, drained
1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow)
1 red onion
2 large jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup cilantro
2 ripe avocados
2 celery stalks
5 plum tomatoes
juice of 2 limes

Directions:
1. Dice and combine ingredients.  
2. Let set overnight.  
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
